"Ping Pong Media converted my old home videos of my son when he was a baby and toddler and of my late husband from DVDs to mp4s. Bob was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful, and picked up the DVDs and delivered the mp4s on a flash drive to me. The turnaround time was quick and the cost was reasonable. I would use Ping Pong Media again."
