"Bob at Ping Pong Media is beyond efficient. He quoted a turn around time of one week for converting 5 vhs tapes to digital and four days later notified me that my flash drives were ready. Other media companies had quoted 3 to 4 weeks. He does the conversion by hand, rather than by machine, and he noticed that one tape was a duplicate and did not copy it. The tapes were separated on the video he produced by a black screen with a clipboard on it with the tape title shown. The quality of his work is above and beyond that of other companies which I have seen in the past. I highly recommend Ping Pong Media if you're giving any thoughts to converting your VHS Tapes."

"I’m so happy I stumbled on Ping Pong Media through a Google search! Bob restored several records from 1940s that my uncle and I found in some boxes in his attic. I was sure they were beyond repair as they were chipped as well as covered with grime and mold. I thought I could clean them myself but my research revealed that I would likely damage them beyond repair. Luckily, I found Bob at Ping Pong Media, who was able to clean them and digitize every recording, except one that was damaged beyond repair. They were recordings of my grandma who passed away when I was 12. Was a joy to be able to hear my grandma’s voice again! My uncle and I have been thrilled with Ping Pong Media, in fact we hired them to do additional work as we also unearthed some very very old family movies. Bob did a great job on that too!"
