"We had been searching for a good way to preserve some old cassette recordings, as well as a few 8mm films from 60-70 years ago. Bob came to our house, picked them up, and carefully explained what he was going to do. He returned with the digitized product much faster than we expected (just a few days). The results were superb! He carefully instructed us in how to keep the media forever, and we are so excited to be able to share these precious family memories with the rest of our extended family.
