"I had been wanting to have some home VHS converted for YEARS. My sister was having hers done through one of the "big names" but she suggested since I was near a larger city to see if someone locally could do it. I am so glad I did! Bob was very responsive and I got my tapes converted in record time. He answered all questions quickly and honestly. I couldn't be happier."
