"Bob Nichols is my go-to for any media work. My dad had hundreds of slides and videos. Bob came by and picked them up and returned them in a timely manner. Since then, I keep finding new digital media. Bob and Pong Pong Media are my first and only choice. Great work!"

"I’m so happy I stumbled on Ping Pong Media through a Google search! Bob restored several records from 1940s that my uncle and I found in some boxes in his attic. I was sure they were beyond repair as they were chipped as well as covered with grime and mold. I thought I could clean them myself but my research revealed that I would likely damage them beyond repair. Luckily, I found Bob at Ping Pong Media, who was able to clean them and digitize every recording, except one that was damaged beyond repair. They were recordings of my grandma who passed away when I was 12. Was a joy to be able to hear my grandma’s voice again! My uncle and I have been thrilled with Ping Pong Media, in fact we hired them to do additional work as we also unearthed some very very old family movies. Bob did a great job on that too!"
